Eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Provides attending physician service for General Radiology, Cardiothoracic Imaging, and other areas as needed within the Radiology Service, in accordance with existing practices and programs. Participates in administrative, academic, and research activities relevant to the Radiology Service, under direction and the supervision of the Radiology Service Chief. Provides didactic and clinical education for Residents who rotate through Radiology service, in accordance with institutional training agreements. Supervises and interprets diagnostic examinations within Radiology including General Radiology Fluoroscopy CT and MRI of the chest, body, and extremities, Ultrasound of the internal organs, and other body parts. Interventional Radiologist: Duty Statement Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology, including Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology. Completion of Fellowship in a one-year Interventional Radiology Program or ACGME accredited Interventional Radiology Program. Experienced and highly competent in clinical interventional radiology and able to perform, interpret, protocol the full spectrum of interventional radiology procedures as well as highly complex interventional procedures. MSK Radiologist: Duty Statement Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology, including Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology with ABR. Completion of Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship. Experienced in approving, protocolling and interpreting highly complex MSK imaging in various modalities (CT, MRI, US, etc.) and experience in performing procedures including joint aspirations, joint injections, and biopsies, etc. Body Radiologist: Duty Statement Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology, including Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology. Completion of Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging, and/or Body Imaging. Experienced in interpreting and report generation of abdominal and body imaging of a variety of complex imaging exams in various modalities of Radiology. Neuro Radiologist: Duty Statement Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology, including certificate in Diagnostic Radiology, with completion of Neuroradiology Fellowship and CAQ in Neuroradiology. Expertise in MRI and CT of the brain, head and neck, and spine. Ability to approve, protocol and interpret highly complex neuro imaging exam. Experienced in performing lumbar puncture and myelography. Nuclear Medicine: Duty Statement Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology, including Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology. Completion of Nuclear Medicine Fellowship and Nuclear Medicine Board Certification. Experienced in interpreting and report generation, including all aspects of general Nuclear Medicine, SPECT/CT, PET/CT and examinations. Provides oversight of all regulatory, safety and clinical processes related to nuclear materials and equipment. Diagnostic/Chest Radiologist: Duty Statement Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology, including Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology with ABR. Completion of Thoracic Imaging Fellowship. Experienced in performing and interpreting imaging guided procedures including fluoroscopy, thoracentesis, and biopsies.
