EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Minimum of 5 years Information Systems experience, with progressive responsibilities for leadership and support of healthcare IT. • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience, with a background in ambulatory systems management or operational delivery. • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare and/or computer science or business administration, with related healthcare experience • Excellent interpersonal skills to include written, oral communication and presentation skills • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional service orientation • Ability to understand, recommend, supervise and manage Cloud provided IT services in a complex hybrid environment. • In depth understanding of Enterprise desktop management tools and technologies including Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Citrix Workspace and NetScaler, OS deployments, Microsoft Security/Vulnerability/Configuration management, VMWare Horizons and Airwatch, Systrac, Microsoft Desktop Analytics, and a strong understanding of enterprise device authentication process and methods. • Strong understanding of enterprise networking and Microsoft client communications. • 5+ years’ experience in a enterprise technical environment • In depth understanding of merging technologies for new business acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic “can do” attitude. • Ability to quickly learn systems with little or no documentation. Summary: The Senior Manager Enterprise Technology is responsible for management and leadership for the Enterprise Application Delivery Team. This team is responsible for all aspects of our enterprise mobile and desktop management. Responsibilities include device management, application load balancing, application delivery to all managed devices, and a strong network understanding and Microsoft client communications/authentication understanding. The Enterprise Application Delivery team is responsible for maintaining a secure environment for end point devices, working with business teams to deploy mission critical applications and support. The Enterprise Application Delivery team are responsible for maintaining a complex, up to date infrastructure that is rapidly changing to support the company's business needs related to the delivery of clinical services, growth, and development of new business opportunities. The Senior Manager Enterprise Technology is responsible for managing a diverse team of Technical Leads, Senior Enterprise Engineers, and Entry Level Staff. The Senior Manager will prepare staff development and training plans, supervise the creation and ongoing maintenance of Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Configuration Items within Service Now. Additionally, the Senior Manager will prepare and execute staff retention plans, supervise recruitment of new employees, and institute a succession plan for the management of each of their teams. The Senior Manager is responsible for planning to ensure adequate license capacity. The Senior Manager will direct and supervise the development of operational metrics to measure the success of each of their team’s services and ensure staff are adhering to the defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. The Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the all enterprise managed devices to support Adventist Health System enterprise customers. The Senior Manager will coordinate with vendors involved in providing services to the Service Lines within their span of control when appropriate. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the creation and recommendation for the Enterprise Application Delivery Services team budgets to the department director. The Senior Manager will create and submit strategy recommendations, status reports, and executive summaries to the department director as required.
