We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our DigITs Operations team. In collaboration with the VP of Digital Products & Informatics (DP&I) Operations, your work will primarily focus on providing project support (through agenda, presentation, and visual creation), project platform management, and following up on action items.

Does the day to day of this role appeal to you?
Develop project plans defining deliverables.
Create meeting agendas, presentations, and visuals.
Manage various project platforms.
Initiate, support and conduct analysis of issues.
Present recommendations and disseminate information.
Respond to operations-related inquiries and acts as liaison to internal contacts.
Build purchase orders, track invoices, and closely monitor the project budget.
Enhance and maintain division-wide Sharepoint sites.
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams and business stakeholders.
Do you have this experience?
Previous project support experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Ability to multi-task while maintaining extreme attention to detail
A self-starter mindset, comfortable taking initiative and advancing projects forward without constant guidance
Project platform experience is a plus (Jira, Smartsheets, etc.)
