The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Duties including: Providing a full range of psychiatric care, including psychotherapy and psychopharmacotherapy, for Veteran patients consistent with clinical privileges in psychiatry . Provide psychiatrist services as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team. Provide the full range of outpatient psychiatry services to patients who primarily receive services through the Hilo COBC, consistent with psychiatric privileges. Participate in team meetings, committees, and other assigned duties as a member of the VAPIHCS medical staff. Provide cross coverage for other VAPIHCS mental health CBOC sites.
