Operations Manager-Referral Management
Description Job Overview This position will coordinate efforts to execute strategies, optimize workflows, and adhere to the organization's vision, mission, and goals associated with the Patient Access Services Referral Management Department. The main objective is to ensure the Referral Management Department is staffed and structured in a way that supports the patient journey through a complete and detailed referral process inclusive of scheduling, authorization, and coordination of care.
