Lead Digital Product Specialist
Overview The Lead Digital Product Specialist is responsible for maintaining a digital product (e.g., website, mobile application, etc.) after it has been launched into the market. This role will accept/assess requests for updates from the business, plan solutions, manage design and development resources, and communicate progress to business and studio leaders. Updates could include modifying or adding new content, resolving minor functionality bugs and/or managing data accuracy. Importantly, this is a product maintenance, not a product development role. Experience design, product roadmaps and functionality development will be led by our Journey Owners.
