You Will Be Responsible For:
Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Executive Director of Digital Brand & Content Strategy and Director of Content Strategy.
Lead the digital omnichannel content strategy and execution across social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, videos, campaigns, etc.
Define and drive service line content creation goals, strategy, and tactics, including the development of content strategies and associated editorial calendars to propel engagement with AdventHealth.
Work closely with teams across the organization to manage the service line strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of content for digital channels and campaigns.
Provide content strategy recommendations to local market teams based on information through content analysis, site audits, competitive assessments, and analytics.
Ensure education on and adherence to social media policy, brand standards, style guides and approved messaging for service line digital content.
Create service line social media and content strategy roadmaps that supports service line needs and growth goals.
Demonstrate and advise service line teams on digital storytelling.
Creates compelling social campaigns and partnerships that combine content with influencer collaborations, social media support groups and expand our reach in the markets we support.
Listens to all service-line related online conversation, monitors and responds to all incoming social media commentary, and escalates issues to the service line team in accordance with reputation management best practices
Collaborates with Reputation Management team to develop and launch reputation and review generation campaigns
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field and 5 years of experience.
3+ years experience with organic, paid and boosted social media campaigns
3+ years experience with Facebook groups
The social and content strategy service line manager serves as a digital storyteller and omni channel strategist in managing the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic, omnichannel content that educates and engages. This position reports to the Director of Content Strategy and has a dotted line to the Manager of Reputation Management.
This role oversees the social media, content strategy and community management for key market specific service lines. This position works directly with our local marketing and physician partners, located at our facilities, focused on executing content that aligns with their local marketing campaigns.
This role will also help ensure that social media strategies, content development, and policies are implemented effectively, while driving best practices for digital execution and results. This individual will have a deep knowledge of social media platforms, a proven track record building and engaging audiences through both organic and paid outreach and experience both with building and approving brand and volume driving campaigns.
