Change Management Lead
Overview The Change Management Lead plans, develops and implements change management strategies and plans to support and promote IT system implementations that involve significant clinical or business process change to minimize impact to clinical care and business processes while maximizing sustainable adoption, and increase utilization and proficiency to enhance benefit realization, value creation, ROI and achieve favorable results and measurable outcomes.
