The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Ensures successful recruiting/retention of positions, makes physician salary recommendations, and conducts Focused and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE/OPPE) on privileged staff. Functions as the direct line supervisor for the Specialty Care Section Chiefs and Hospital Medicine. Participates in organizational planning to include strategic, operational, programmatic and other plans and policies to achieve the mission and vision of the Medical Center The physician will have experience with residents, hospital patient flow, managing clinic access, grid management and consult management
