Major Duties and Responsibilities ~ Provide consultative services - inpatient and outpatient settings. ~ Provide outpatient clinic management of patients through face to face, and telehealth modalities. ~ Provide consultation services and clinical support to other VA Medical Center, when necessary. ~ Participate in Hemodialysis Interdisciplinary Rounds. ~ Participate in hospital services rounds, when necessary. ~ Teaching in clinics and on consultative service. ~ Perform duties as mentor, preceptor, consultant, and researcher. ~ Participate in committees. ~ Other duties, as assigned.
