Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. The CCO will be an instrumental physician leader in advancing St. Charles Health System’s strategic initiatives associated with customer service, quality, safety, and evidence-based care by developing and instituting best practices that will transform the delivery of health care. Reporting to the Chief Physician Executive, the CCO will partner with the Chief Nurse Executive to align clinical performance improvement goals and develop processes for consistent accountable care standards. The CCO will work closely with hospital and system Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, and medical staff leaders to advance a culture of safety and quality, transparency, multidisciplinary collaboration, measurement and accountability with clinicians and hospital staff. The CCO will serve as a member of the Executive Care Team, the senior executive team of the St. Charles Health System.
The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical leader with a demonstrated track record leading and implementing performance excellence initiatives in a hospital or health system to advance quality, service, and cost of care across the care continuum. Candidates must be skilled in change management and performance improvement. A medical degree and current medical license are required as is eligibility to obtain an Oregon medical license.
