St. Lukes Childrens has a hospital within a hospital structure, within St. Lukes Regional Medical center, a 388 bed tertiary care hospital located in Boise, Idaho. The PICU is a 13 bed multidisciplinary ICU with 600+ admissions/year, including active Pediatric Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology and Pediatric Trauma programs. St. Lukes Childrens Hospital has a full complement of Pediatric Subspecialists (except CT Surgery). The private practice PICU group (PICU Associates, LLC) provides direct patient care in the PICU, medical direction of pediatric transport, sedation services, and limited pediatric inpatient services.As Idahos only Childrens hospital, St. Lukes supports a vast geographic referral network that includes Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and Northern Nevada.
