The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
This position supports operations through financial reporting, data analysis, financial planning, and pro forma development. It applies advanced skills to improve the financial effectiveness of the company. This position extracts and validates data from various information sources and provides relevant information to assist the President and Vice President in business decisions. This position is also responsible for full charge bookkeeping, including maintaining company financial records and monthly billing. This includes but is not limited to: accounts receivable and payable, account reconciliations, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, as well as working with the companys accounting firm, other items as needed by the President and Vice President. This position is also required to cover the phones and office in the absence of the President and Vice President.

Other Financial Duties
Maintain liaison relationship with President and Vice President in preparations and analysis of financial reports to provide information and to resolve problems concerning variances.
Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, word documents, and other applications to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
Other duties as assigned. Examples include: Support various information systems development, conversion and implementation tasks. Provide financial analysis support or process improvement to CMDI managers and supervisors, as needed.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
4-6 years and/or equivalent experience in accounting or finance related role
7-10 years experience; healthcare setting preferred
Additional Requirements (must be obtained or completed within a period of time) :
Strong accounting, financial analysis, and computer/database skills required.
