The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. In your pivotal role as a Data Analyst, you will use analytics, primarily python, to provide detailed analysis of browser capability of selected domains, under occasional guidance. Performs statistical treatment to identify trends and events. Assists in implementing development projects. Will create dashboards and data visualization solutions to provide valuable insights to program operations. Create tableau dashboard reports, collaborate with other analysts and developers and technical teams and will attend/conduct feedback sessions to improve the existing dashboard suite as well as introduce future dashboards and visualizations that meet the changing needs of program operations and NIH executives.
Performs development, maintenance and governance of data architecture.

Collaborate with product owners to design, develop, maintain and manage advanced Tableau dashboards that meet product requirements
Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
Review and improve existing systems
Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
3-5 years of experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
A strong understanding of SQL, python, relational databases, and normalization.
Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.
Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)

Has demonstrated an understanding of analysis methods, design concepts, data organization, business models, capabilities and limitations. Successfully applies statistical/data analytics concepts in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
DATA MODELING (INTERMEDIATE)
Skillfully demonstrates data modeling in applications of moderate difficulty. Integrates data modeling into an overall systems development methodology [SDM]. Uses prominent structured and objectoriented modeling methods of logical business data modeling. Knows the fundamental principles of conceptual data modeling using the leading Entity/Relationship Diagramming [ERD] methods.
METADATA ANALYSIS (INTERMEDIATE)
Skillfully demonstrates metadata analysis in applications of moderate difficulty. Navigates within established technology environments to locate, validate, extract, and format data for data analysis. Modifies and runs queries and standard reports from data tools and provide to users. Identifies data values and data sources.
Communicates with internal and external customers without requiring support and instruction from others. Meets with business customers to elicit data requirements and identifies the relationships between data items. Effectively communicates ideas and information to others, including nontechnical audiences in writing, with numbers, verbally and/or visually.
