Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Reporting to our Senior Director, Integrated Marketing & Communications, Patient Education & Engagement, you will:
Source, develop, and refine patient-facing questions in collaboration with clinical staff and faculty, with the goal of generating patient generated health data (PGHD).
Develop a strategy for aligning content within MSK's electronic questionnaire tool, Engage, and for maintaining alignment as the library expands.
Develop methods of recruiting patients and caregivers to obtain user feedback.
Design and conduct cognitive interviews to generate feedback and insights from patients and analyze and report findings to multidisciplinary teams.
Create and evaluate content to support patient engagement with remote patient monitoring tools.
Develop and cultivate relationships with key experts in clinical practice, research, and operations.
Possess and continuously develop subject-matter expertise in health literacy, plain language, numeracy, and cultural inclusivity.
Participate in and lead seminars, workshops, conferences, and meetings for the purposes of conveying and gathering information, evaluating industry standards, performing research, and identifying appropriate initiatives for implementation at MSK.
8+ years of progressively responsible experience with multidisciplinary care providers and an emphasis on outstanding communication skills.
Subject-matter expertise in health literacy, plain language, numeracy, and cultural inclusivity.
Training and experience in research techniques such as cognitive interviewing, usability testing, and focus groups.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Ability to critically review the literature to guide the selection of patient-reported outcome measures and other PGHD.
