The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The Project Administrator for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) will have key support roles, tasks and assignments for the functional area/group to which they are working in while understand the various steps performed to move a project to completion in addition to maintaining positive working relationships across the system.The Project Administrator will also prepare and update documents and presentations, create communications and correspondence, coordinate program calendars, meetings, agendas and meeting minutes to maintain department specific internal sites that store relevant documentation. In addition, the Project Administrator will proactively support projects by soliciting input from stakeholders and participants, assuring agendas are in place, accurate and meeting outputs are available in a timely fashion and make certain that everyone involved in the project stays abreast of project happenings.
The ideal Project Administrator candidate will take personal responsibility to understand, complete and maintain certifications required of the position and furnish BSWH with the necessary documentation to substantiate compliance; has three years' experience with strong verbal communication, organization and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate mature business acumen; strong commitment to the philosophy and values of The Baylor Scott & White Health System.
