This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. The physician will be responsible for: Direct provision of peri-operative anesthetic care to patients, including pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic, administration, and monitoring, and post-anesthesia care, in compliance with national accreditation standards. The incumbent ensures the most effective delivery of Anesthesiology services while meeting and exceeding compliance standards. Performs the administrative components of patient care management such as dictation of progress notes, OP reports, and discharge summaries. Participates in quality improvement activities. Participates in ward/ICU rounds, and any other relevant activities. Fosters a high level of patient and staff satisfaction.
