M Health Fairview seeks a Medical Director-FHMG for Allergy. The Medical Director responsibilities will be at a .15 FTE.
In collaboration with the Department Chair, Service Line Executive, and Service Line Chief, the Medical Director is responsible for improving and standardizing clinical care within this specialty across the entire M Health Fairview system.
Ensure an adequate work environment for physicians and mid-level providers. This may include clinic management for clinics outside the CSC and Maple Grove Clinic.
Provide ongoing review and supervise physicians and mid-level providers (regardless of employment home).
For physicians and mid-level providers within an academic department, this would be done primarily by the Academic Department Chair
Provides employment home-related leadership for the employed physicians and APP frontline staff in an assigned practice area for the Fairview Health Medical Group. In partnership with Fairview medical group leadership and leadership from the relevant M Health Fairview service lines and/or domains, develops and executes short, medium and long-range strategic plans within the medical group that align with M Health Fairview strategic goals and objectives and that ensure the medical group is continuously positioned to support these goals and objectives

Board Certified with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
