The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The HR Shared Service Benefits Operations Analyst provides research and analysis support to the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs). Acts as a liaison between the external customer, COE and HR Information Systems (HRIS) teams to ensure data integrity within the HRIS Platform. Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are at or above standards while striving to improve quality and customer experience. Manage the internal relationship between Tier II team, applicable COE and HRIS. Audit, system and process improvement and SSC strategy and operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Human Resources operations and HCM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of Excel, consistent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Benefits Administration and HR Compliance experience. Prior PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, API, Taleo and/or Service Now applications experience as well.
