The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The Coordinator Guest Relations facilitates patient satisfaction by visiting with patients, providing or coordinating communication for non-English speaking and hearing impaired patients and addressing unmet needs.
The Coordinator Guest Relations will obtain patient and family feedback on services provided by Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH). Document and report complaints, concerns and compliments to involved departments and administration.Assist patient and family with interpretation through American Sign Language, written translation and verbal language interpretation by using individual knowledge of interpretation and translation.
The ideal candidate is committed to assisting others, has a professional demeanor, and is proficient with computer software. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and demonstrated accuracy.
