· Help all customers in the Bookstore.
· Back up Café when scheduled or necessary.
· Help maintain inventory accuracy and pricing.
· Helping the Assistant Manager with duties assigned.
· Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
· Assisting Faculty and Staff with any other requests as assigned.
· Exhibits and models the characteristics of a Christian professional. Cultivating positive working relationships with students and faculty.
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Effectively communicates with college administration, faculty, staff, and others internal and external to the University.
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
