The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
JOB SUMMARY: The Perinatal Bereavement Counselor provides supportive services to families suffering from a perinatal loss as well as training and support for maternity staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to bereaved parents and family members of any age within the hospital or in the community. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span, possesses the ability to assess status of grieving patient and/or family, ability to work with patient or patient's family in identifying needs in order to provide the necessary bereavement support and care.
