Goshen Health is seeking an innovative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. As a key member of the Administrative team, the Vice President reports to the President and CEO and holds a strategic role in the overall management of the Goshen Physicians network. This includes providing leadership in a dyad structure with the Medical Director, with responsibilities for strategic planning, physician recruiting, and overall operations of the ambulatory network.
Goshen Physicians is experiencing rapid growth, with over 30 practice locations for approximately 115 primary care and specialty providers, and approximately 425 support staff. The preferred candidate must embrace change at a fast pace, as well as building a team environment for Colleagues from multiple locations to professionally and personally succeed while driving our mission of improving the health of our communities.

Master’s degree in business, health science, and or related field.
10+ year’s management/leadership experience in a healthcare-related organization. Functional understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements; general knowledge of CPT/ICD coding; Professional Billing; EMR’s, HIPAA and best practice principles of physician office practices.
3-5 years Provider recruitment experience, with considerable understanding of recruitment process.
