We are excited to be recruiting a Manager, Virtual Education & Engagement who is passionate about providing an enriching online environment for patients, caregivers, and the community. In this role, you will oversee synchronous and asynchronous education, support, and resource programs that provide our audiences with access to MSK experts and curated content.
Reporting to our Associate Director, you will:
Manage the operational, technical, and administrative aspects of virtual education and engagement programs.
Develop, produce, promote, implement, and evaluate new and existing online programs, events, and support groups.
Partner with key stakeholders across MSK and external organizations to conceptualize and design virtual engagement and experience initiatives.
Collaborate with patient education and editorial colleagues to incorporate programs with patient and public-facing resources and materials.
Work with the Sr. Coordinator to collect and share program metrics, manage databases, website, etc.
Lead and participate in special projects, workgroups, and committees as determined by management.
Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
Utilize external organizations and professional affiliations to enhance skills, growth, and development.
4+ years of experience in healthcare, program management, customer relations management, or related field.
A collaborative spirit, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
The ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, online meeting platforms, and conferencing systems.
Availability for flexible scheduling Monday through Friday based on program needs.
