The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The position will also ensure development and maintenance of an ongoing quality management program in accordance with regulatory requirements and customer service contracts, including oversight of:
· Monitored indicators and operating thresholds that reflect meaningful measures of quality; which are monitored on a scheduled basis in conjunction with the Morrisey/MSOW Applications team
· Ensuring that appropriate dispute resolution procedures are in place and that both customers and staff understand how to resolve perceptions of a breach in service
· Communication and leads with the implementation of quality improvement plans
This position will also provide training to promote skills/abilities to the users which will address ongoing issues, or otherwise customize the workflow in support of benchmarks, lean processes and quality improvement programs. This will include web based trainings, development of CBL’s for Net Learning and assessment of training effectiveness. Additionally this position will provide reports and dashboards to the Director and other customers such as end users and internal and external AHS departments and leaders. The position will also oversee the proper performance of A-ICU onboarding and other duties as needed within Morrisey processes.
What You Will Need:
Medical Staff Office Experience
Associate Degree in a healthcare setting
Lean Six Sigma experience
Morrisey software expertise
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ability to communicate well with others and to get the ideas across that will improve the performance of all Morrisey processes.
Time management to ensure that deadlines are met and quality products are produced.
Understanding of all Morrisey processes to aid in education and projects
Quality concepts and performance improvement leadership
Facilitation of improvement teams
MSOW and Apogee skills to aid in A-ICU and other duties as needed within the Morrisey/MSOW Applications team
The MSOW/Apogee Quality Control Analyst is responsible for identifying quality processes for information that is entered into MSOW/Apogee to maintain the database as the source of truth for the data that resides in it. This position is responsible for real time ongoing audit of compliance with standardized data, processes and documents, and maintains an acute awareness, current knowledge and accurate interpretation of the guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to the management of practitioner data through utilization of the resources within the corporate offices and research.
