Position Summary: The Clinical Care Director is a combined administrative and clinical position responsible for leading an assigned group of Urgent Care Providers within a region of clinics. This individual maintains broad responsibilities for administrative and clinical functions of the assigned practice locations under the direction of the Retail Division Physician Executive. These include risk management, training and development, hiring and onboarding of providers, provider retention, and supporting and/or developing clinical policy and processes. The Clinical Care Director will serve as an integral member of the leadership team and as a close dyad partner to the regional manager, who is responsible for the operational performance of the region of clinics. The Clinical Care Director may need to travel to attend meetings and to perform duties at assigned clinics on a regular basis and attend meetings as part of the divisions activities.
Minimum Requirements: Licensed Physician or APP with 5 years urgent care experience (preferred) 3 years prior leadership role and responsibilities (preferred)
