Position Summary: The IT Enterprise Operations III position is an advanced-level technical position. This position provides technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of the environments supporting Windows servers. Determines Microsoft Windows operating system software architecture ensuring hardware/software compatibility for the server environment and is responsible for evaluating new operation system software products. Participates in installations, tests, and implementations of system hardware, software, manufacturers maintenance releases and utilities. Analyzes system performance to ensure it is meeting availability and performance objectives. Assists team personnel in resolution of hardware, operating systems, and application software problems. Develops documentation on system specifications and operating instructions. Experience with one or more of the following is desired: Citrix application delivery (StoreFront); Epic MyChart -- Epic Certified System Administrator (ECSA); PowerShell scripting; Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory; Microsoft 365 (M365) email flow, connectors, hybrid administration and mailbox maintenance; VMware server deployment and maintenance; Embotics/SnowCommander orchestration; RightFax system administration; and/or legacy server isolation and mitigation.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of information systems experience Experience in healthcare industry preferred. Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field (preferred), equivalent related experience, or combination of education and experience
