Overview The Senior Recruiter works directly with department Chiefs, physician team leaders, NWP leadership, NWP Director of Recruitment and Retention, and candidates to achieve staffing targets for Portland/Vancouver, Mid-Valley, and Longview/Kelso service delivery systems.
