The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
We are a stealth start up providing telehealth services. The Practice Manager role will be directly involved with Senior Leadership, the Medical Director and Project Management resources in the initial setup and service design over the next year. Responsibilities will include involvement as directed in Benefits, Policy Development, Service Design, and set ups for accounting, payroll and tax services. This role will be largely remote in the set up phase.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization. The Practice Manager coordinates closely with the Medical Director to implement candidate selection criteria, Clinician training, Clinician oversight and Quality initiatives. In addition, this role is responsible for coordinating equipment distribution, recovery, and access for all associated clinicians. In this capacity, the Practice Manager will coordinate closely with the senior leadership and IT resources to ensure appropriate access and security.
Minimum of three years progressively more responsible related work experience.
Minimum of five years proven leadership experience in a large, complex clinic setting driving change management.
Demonstrated understanding and experience in the use of lean methodology to improve management and operational processes.
Strong knowledge and experience in understanding operational impact on finances, costs, and efficiency.
