Position Summary: The IS&T Operations Specialist supports the successful delivery of division-wide process standards within the IS&T Division. The IS&T Operations Specialist works closely with IS&T teams and organizes, analyzes, and presents high value analysis and interpretation of data to support IS&T division operations functions. This position supports the implementation of new operating standards based on IS&T strategic priorities. To successfully implement complex changes that integrate tightly with broader initiatives, this position ensures training takes place for new processes and tools. This position provides expertise to technical operations within the assigned department and supports the development and implementation of initiatives that promote organizational culture and strategic vision. The successful candidate ensures standardization of systems and processes across the IS&T Division and standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools. The IS&T Sr. Operations Specialist delivers within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards.
Minimum Requirements: Three (3) years of IS&T operations experience required, experience in a healthcare setting preferred Five (5) years of project management experience required, experience in a healthcare setting preferred Experience in process improvement and cost reduction projects preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelors degree in relevant field required
