St. Lukes Health System in Boise, ID is seeking an HRIS Analyst 2 to join our Workers Compensation team. This position offers a remote working environment.

Position Summary:

We are currently searching for a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst II to join our Human Resources Workers Compensation team. This role will work alongside a team of Workers Compensation, Employee Safety, and Long Term Disability subject matter experts providing consultative, proactive and problem solving systems support as well as recommendations for system optimization. The HRIS Analyst II-Workers Compensation, in conjunction with the IT Programmer Analyst, is responsible for maintaining software systems functionality to comply with State and Federal reporting requirements.
