The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for managing the Family Finance Business Office operations including Customer Service and aligning/coordinating functions related to Family Finance across the PCH enterprise. This position is a primary contributor to the development and implementation of a comprehensive program designed to ensure the patient/family financial experience from end-to-end is positive, family-centered, accessible and accurate. This position also oversees all processes/functions, including those performed by vendor partner(s), related to family billing, statements and collection of guarantor liability. Serves as a subject matter expert in Family Finance and serves as a resource to ensure consistency in philosophy and approach throughout the organization.
