WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner in Northwest Indiana to provide Family Medicine care in an Employer Clinic with additional coverage in Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care services. The candidate must be willing to travel to three designated locations in Northwest Indiana (Lake, Porter, La Porte and Jasper Counties) with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.WHAT WE NEED:The ideal candidate will have three years or more experience in either Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care.
