Position Summary: The Cybersecurity Manager of Vulnerability Management (VM) and Threat Intelligence (TI) will oversee the daily operation of the vulnerability management program and proactively identify cyber threats and risks via the delivery of vulnerability management, threat intelligence, threat hunting, penetration testing, purple teaming, and cyber threat simulation services. The Cybersecurity Manager of VM/TI brings leadership and expertise in the delivery of these services by efficiently managing the people, processes, and technology that support these cybersecurity services. This role reports to the Director of Cybersecurity. The Cybersecurity Manager of VM/TI will lead a team of analysts that will monitor vulnerabilities in the environment, track internal and external intelligence sources, actively hunt threats, conduct penetration testing, oversee red/blue/purple team operations, and facilitate cyber threat simulations.
Minimum Requirements: 10 years experience in Information Technology (IT) 5 years of direct IT Security experience in one or more of the 10 Security domains 3 years of previous management or supervisory experience
Education/Licenses/Certifications: BA Degree in Computer Science or related field; depth of experience in lieu of degree will be considered One or more of the following certifications preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner HCISSP Certified Information Security Manager - CISM Other Security related or technical certifications (CEH, CCNA, GCIH, MCSA etc..)
