The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Summary: The primary function of an Emergency Department Physician (MD or DO) is to work under the supervision of the Director of Emergency Medicine, providing medical care to patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Department (or in certain situations, at other areas on the hospital grounds). Emergency physicians work collaboratively with other members of the Emergency Department staff including but not limited to physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, technicians, and other ancillary members of department.
