The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The position is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving critical infrastructure issues 24 hours per day 7 days a week. These systems and components include but are not limited to; Network switches and routers, Microsoft core components such as Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Authentication, System Center Operations Manager for elevated monitoring and alerting, Exchange Mail, Citrix, Enterprise Print, File/User Servers, Share Point, Spectrum, DNS, Enterprise backup technology, AWS, VMC on AWS, VMWare, Site Recovery Manager, Certificate management, Tools utilized for incident management, request management and CMDB.
