JOB SUMMARY

The System Support Analyst Logistics is the subject matter expert of all assigned software and hardware systems and provide information systems support to Logistics and Distribution operations. The System Support Analyst Logistics responsibilities include data maintenance, application setup, software integration, preventative maintenance of all IS/IT related equipment, distribution material handling systems and mobile device hardware. The System Support Analyst Logistics build, test, and maintain all new and existing software system configurations. The System Support Analyst Logistics is the liaison between Logistics/Distribution teams and internal or external support services, including BSWH Information Services and Software vendors. The System Support Analyst Logistics is the primary instructor of software and hardware functions.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, advanced problem solving skills, the ability to work independently and the ability to support multiple work streams while coordinating complex projects.
