Job Summary: The Manager, Call Center will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of APS Call Centers. Under the direction of the Director of the Call Center, the incumbent administers, directs and controls the operations of all components of the call centers and staff responsibilitiesIncumbent will work with the Director to develop service level goals, KPI's (key performance indicators for call agents, ongoing reports, and appropriate staffing levels.
