The incumbent works collaboratively with all Centura Leadership executives to achieve its goals and objectives. Data collection and analysis is an important aspect of this role to demonstrate to the organization the effectiveness of the services delivered. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and clinical management experience demonstrating progressive leadership practices. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an occupational health program with progressive supervisory and leadership experience as well as policy and procedure development.- Minimum of 2 years of data collection and evaluation experience where basic metrics are analyzed and presented to an organization. - Strong knowledge/application of systems framework, excellent strategic thinking skills, demonstrated resource, management, and stewardship skills, strong team orientation, good understanding of total quality management concepts, strong customer focus, demonstrated ability to lead/implement change activities, demonstrated skills in influencing through relationships, excellent analytical thinking skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. - BSN requiredYour Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
