Quality and Safety Perioperative Program Manager works actively in directing quality implementation and oversight of the Children's Surgical Verification (CSV) Program and closely with the Medical Director of Children's Surgery to coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the children's surgical verification program. In this capacity, manages operational and personnel issues, quality implementation and other data resources including the NSQIP-P Program and data collection for safety reports.
