The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. JOB SUMMARY: The Health Plan Specialist- Broker Coordinator is responsible for administrative processes associated with licensing, approval, re-applications, and re-certifications of Community Health Choice Agents/Broker partners. This position will participate in onboarding new Agents/Broker partners, including tracking and overseeing contracting and training. The Broker Coordinator will ensure that no lapses in licensing occur and that Agents/Brokers meet all company, compliance, and licensing requirements. They will manage multiple inboxes and serve as the liaison between Agent/Broker sales force and operations up to and including troubleshooting.
