JOB SUMMARY: The Health Plan Specialist- Broker Coordinator is responsible for administrative processes associated with licensing, approval, re-applications, and re-certifications of Community Health Choice Agents/Broker partners. This position will participate in onboarding new Agents/Broker partners, including tracking and overseeing contracting and training. The Broker Coordinator will ensure that no lapses in licensing occur and that Agents/Brokers meet all company, compliance, and licensing requirements. They will manage multiple inboxes and serve as the liaison between Agent/Broker sales force and operations up to and including troubleshooting.
