Job Summary: Assesses, plans, configures, implements, maintains, and documents electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical applications. Manages efforts to improve and adapt workflows and processes that adhere to the EMR model system and align with current best practice standards. Coordinates and collaborates among clinical areas, Information Technology Services, and ancillary departments, to resolve EMR and clinical application issues. Assesses customer education needs, organizes and provides training and support the effective use of information systems applications.
