JOB SUMMARYThe Business Equity Outreach Manager is a member of Contractor Diversity team at the Harris Health System's Contract Administration division. As part of the Contractor Diversity team, the Contractor Diversity Program ensures Harris Health System's contracts fairly benefit and include women, minority and other disadvantaged businesses. The Business Equity Outreach Manager is responsible for community outreach and trainings, developing programs and partnerships, and working one-on-one with firms under the Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprise program.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degrees:a) Diploma / GEDb) Bachelors: in Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications or othe
