Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

Practice opportunity details include:

• Float position with .5 FTE dedicated to providing coverage at Convenient Care locations in Champaign-Urbana and .5 FTE dedicated to providing coverage at Primary Care clinics in Champaign-Urbana and nearby surrounding branches depending on clinic needs (scheduled 1 month in advance)
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization
• No call responsibilities
• Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system

Education Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
• A minimum of 2 years of APP experience required or will consider candidates with at least 1 year of ED experience

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
