Qualifications:

• MD/DO

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician with active California and DEA license.

Additional qualification:

• At least (3) three years of inpatient post-residency training within the last 5 years AND / OR

• At least (1) one year of perioperative experience within the last 5 years.
