Position Summary: The System Program Manager for Care Process Design and Implementation facilitates and supports the design and implementation of clinical care guidelines, pathways, and other care processes to generate excellence in clinical operations that produces reliable, consistent, and excellent outcomes for patients and families while supporting excellence in clinical practice. This leader demonstrates expertise and knowledge in quality and safety, high reliability and evidence-based care and process design. Uses assessment and analysis skills to develop and implement the infrastructure, supporting tools and outcome measurement to achieve excellence in clinical quality and value-based care. Skilled in engaging key stakeholders, brings a high reliability mindset, highly collaborative and facilitates continuous improvement. Guided by quality principles including efficiency, effectiveness, safety, patient centered, equitable, timely and waste reduction and value creation in care design and implementation science.
Minimum Requirements: 5 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, high reliability organizing, care design, or value-based care models 5 years of clinical experience working in complex health care environments Knowledge of clinical informatics Experience with process/quality improvement framework and methodology
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Masters degree in nursing, medicine, or health related field highly preferred and commensurate current licensure
