Job Summary: Assesses, plans, configures, implements, maintains and documents electronic medical record (EMR) and business applications. Supports efforts to improve and adapt workflows and processes that adhere to the EMR model system and align with current best practice standards. Coordinates and collaborates among business service lines and Information Technology Services to resolve EMR and business application issues. Assesses customer education needs and provides training and support in effective use of information systems applications. Demonstrates knowledge of EMR and business applications, capabilities, functions, configuration, end user equipment, workflows, and processes. Provides a secure, ef
