Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Primary Care physician to see new patients needing to establish care with our health plan. This role will provide telehealth to patients for initial assessments and include chart building, as a way to bridge care for patients before they are established with a clinic-based primary care provider. This role is not meant to provide long-term continuity care, but instead is limited to approximately 1-3 visits, as needed. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team of providers committed to exceptional and compassionate health care that provides peace of mind for both patients and families.
