DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for personnel supervision and ensuring compliance with Hospital policies and procedures. Acts responsibly in the interest of the Hospital with respect to enforcement and implementation of personnel policies to include adherence to collective bargaining agreements. Evaluates and disciplines employees, makes recommendations with respect to hiring and termination of employment. Oversees staff schedules and work assignments. Handles employee grievances consistent with Hospital policy. Coordinates the work load in the department.
