A hospitalist group in Californian needs is looking to add a new neonatologist due to growth and succession planning. The group covers 4 hospitals total, and they typically work from 10 am to 2 pm and then take call from home. The call schedule is 18 days on service with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd call, and 10 days off. There is a potential medical directorship available now or in the future.
